Using Edvly

These Terms of Use apply when you visit edvly.com or use an Edvly account, study space, lesson, note, quiz, tutor conversation, or related service. By using Edvly, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Edvly provides AI-assisted educational tools. The service is designed to support studying, not replace a teacher, school, textbook, professional, or official assessment.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your login details secure, and activity that happens through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not create an account or use Edvly in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, use Edvly with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required.

Educational content

AI-generated explanations, notes, answers, and quizzes can contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information. Check important facts with your class material or a qualified teacher, especially before an exam or when the subject affects health, safety, money, or legal decisions.

You are responsible for deciding whether generated content is suitable for your course and for how you use it. Edvly does not guarantee a particular grade, exam result, curriculum alignment, or learning outcome.

Your content and permitted use

You keep your rights in the prompts, notes, files, and other material you submit, subject to the rights of any third party whose material you use. You give Edvly the permission needed to host, process, transmit, and transform that material to provide the service.

You must have the right to upload or share material with Edvly. You may use generated lessons, notes, and quizzes for your personal learning and other uses allowed by applicable law, but you should not present Edvly’s output as an official source or as your own work where your school rules prohibit that.

Acceptable use

Do not use Edvly to break the law, harm another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, upload malicious code, scrape or overload the service, bypass credit or access limits, probe security controls, or attempt to access another person’s account or content.

Do not use generated output as the sole basis for high-impact decisions. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect the service, users, or providers.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

Paid plans, prices, billing intervals, and included usage are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Stripe processes payments and recurring billing. By starting a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charge and renewal until you cancel it.

You can cancel through the available billing portal. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period. Taxes, refunds, and consumer cancellation rights are handled according to applicable law and the terms shown at purchase.

Changes and availability

We may update Edvly, these terms, or the pricing of a plan as the service changes. When a change is material, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

We work to keep Edvly available, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, or changed because of maintenance, provider outages, network problems, or events outside our control.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Edvly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms were violated, an account creates a security or legal risk, payment is not received, or the service must be discontinued.

Where appropriate, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Sections that should continue by their nature, including content rights, disclaimers, and limitations, remain effective after termination.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Edvly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that every answer will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular course or purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Where the law permits, you are responsible for losses caused by your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
